Your Tenancy Agreement

Cobalt operates a number of different tenancies.  To check the conditions of your tenancy, please refer to your tenancy agreement or speak to your Tenancy Officer if you are unsure of the type of tenancy you hold. To find out who your housing officer is please call 0330 303 2222.

Your circumstances may change over the years and when they do you need to tell us. Examples of the information you need to update us about are births, marriages, change of name and who lives in your property. Also tell us about any medical conditions so we can take into account your needs and give you the best possible service.

Once you become a Cobalt tenant, we will try, where possible, to tailor our services to your needs and circumstances to help you maintain your tenancy. To help us achieve this it is important that we have accurate and up to date records about you and anyone living in your home.

Lost your Tenancy agreement?

If you have misplaced your agreement, you may request a duplicate copy of your tenancy agreement.  This request can be completed either in person at Cobalt or in writing. The address is 199 Lower House Lane, Liverpool, L11 2SF.  If you are applying in person, you will need to provide photographic proof of your identity and a sample of your signature so we can verify who you are before we release the details to you.
