Support in your home
We want you to be able to live independently and happily in your home but recognise on occasion you may need help and support to do this.
We may be able to arrange for adaptations or alterations if you are having difficulty with day to day activities around your home.
Minor Adaptations
Cobalt can install minor adaptations, these can include;
- Grab rails
- Additional banister rails
- Key safes
- Lever taps
If you feel you could benefit from a minor adaptation please contact us or call 0330 303 2222.
Cobalt aim to complete minor adaptations within 30 working days.
Major Adaptations
If you are struggling with bathing, climbing stairs or accessing your property, Cobalt may be able to install major adaptations in your home to help you;
- Level Access Showers
- Stairlifts
- Ramped access
If you feel you would benefit from a major adaptation please contact Careline directly on 0151 233 3800. Liverpool City Council will arrange for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to visit your home and assess your needs and make recommendations to Cobalt for us to consider.
Cobalt aim to complete adaptations within 12 months from receiving your OT recommendations.
