How to pay your rent

There are lots of ways to pay your rent, so you can choose the way that suits you best:

• Online: you can pay your rent 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through My Cobalt. To register with My Cobalt or make a payment, click here or You can also pay your rent via Allpay here
• Direct Debit: setting up a Direct Debit is quick and easy and means that payments are taken from your bank automatically, so you don’t need to remember to make a payment. To set up a Direct Debit, call 0330 303 2222
• In person: at your local Post Office or PayPoint – click here to find your nearest Paypoint
• By phone: You can make a payment through our automated payment line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 0330 303 2222 and select option 3 when prompted

Please make sure you have your rent payment card or tenancy reference number to hand when paying your rent.
