Transfers

We want to make sure that our tenants are best suited to their home, so if your needs change, then please get in contact and we may be able to help you to find an alternative .

If you are a current tenant and wish to apply for a transfer then you will need to to register with Property Pool Plus and fill in your online application form

All applicants will receive a property inspection. This must be completed before you application will be processed.

We will also carry out tenancy checks to ensure you have not breached your tenancy agreement (ASB/rent arrears).  Following these checks and your home inspection you will be required to attend an office interview.

During the interview for both new and transferring tenants, we will provide you with information about our homes and explain the bidding process on Property Pool Plus. We will also assess your housing need. After this interview you will receive a confirmation letter detailing your priority band and log in details for Property Pool Plus.

You may not be accepted onto the transfer list in the following circumstances:

  • More than 8 weeks rent arrears
  • Breach of tenancy (including cleanliness of property, condition of gardens and property damage)
