Cobalt Housing is a housing association with almost 6,000 homes in Norris Green, Croxteth, Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall. We are a member of a Choice Based Lettings scheme and advertise all our homes through Property Pool Plus.

Applying for a Cobalt home

You must register with Property Pool Plus before you can apply for a Cobalt home. If you have not yet registered, visit Register your household – Information (Page 1 of 3) – Property Pool Plus.

Once your application is complete and you have provided all of the evidence required, you will be given a band. Bands run from A to D, with A being given the highest priority for homes.

I’ve seen an empty Cobalt home – can I apply directly to Cobalt?

All of our properties must be advertised through Property Pool Plus. We will sometimes advertise homes through our website. These are properties that have been advertised through Property Pool Plus first but have not been let.
