Throughout the year, our neighbourhood teams run regular estate walkabouts and community clean up days, with the aim of getting out into our neighbourhoods and talking to tenants about key issues, trends and concerns.
We often bring along our partners from Merseyside Police and Liverpool City Council, and we love to see tenants getting involved in the conversation. Sometimes we also place skips in the community which are free for residents to use, to dispose of their waste responsibly.
For the latest news on our estate walkabouts and community clean up days, please follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram at @cobalthousing.
Are you passionate about your neighbourhood?
Do you want to combat fly-tipping in your area? We need you!
To help us to stay active in our communities we’re looking for tenants to become ‘Estate Champions’ for their local
neighbourhood. As a champion you will to help us to improve your local area and promote positive news stories from your neighbourhood. If any of our tenants are interested please contact us at myvoice@cobalthousing.org.uk
