Anti-social behaviour

We are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) in our neighbourhoods. We believe that everyone has a right to live in a place free from excessive noise, vandalism, harassment and fear of crime.

What is ASB?

ASB is behaviour which causes nuisance, harassment or distress to people. Examples of ASB could include neighbour disputes and noise nuisance. More serious examples include arson, threats of violence, drug dealing, hate crime and domestic abuse. Our ASB Policy can be viewed here.

Please note that unacceptable and unreasonable behaviour towards our staff or partners is also classed as anti-social behaviour, and could be deemed a breach of your tenancy agreement. For more information, please click here.

How we deal with ASB

Cobalt has a dedicated team who will investigate any reports of ASB. This service is available to all residents living in our neighbourhoods, so you do not need to be a Cobalt tenant to benefit from this service.
