Achieving Our Vision:
Year on year our business plan is directly influenced by our overall vision and the values that underpin how we will achieve our objectives. We have a good relationship with our customers and feedback from them demonstrates we are moving towards meeting our vision of being a quality housing provider. This year’s
Business Plan for 2008 -13 reflects our drive to improve services to tenants from a competitive and realistic cost base. If we are to achieve our vision, it must filter down the organisation providing a meaningful focus and link for all parts of our organisation.
