RAISE has developed a way for you to find your local credit union in the Liverpool or Merseyside area – you just have to enter your postcode, or your city/borough name or, if you know it, part of the credit union name – and it provides you with contact details, maps etc

Independent advice is available from agencies who operate twice weekly surgeries at Cobalt’s office.
Tuesdays- 10.00am-2.00pm
Thursdays 10.00am-2.00pm

• Carry out a benefit check to make sure you are claiming your full entitlement
• Fill in forms
• Guide you through the maze of complex rules and regulations associated with claiming benefit

• Negotiate affordable repayment arrangements with your creditors
If you are elderly or disabled we can arrange for officers to visit you by appointment at your home.
If you require a home visit please contact your rents officer who will arrange this for you.
