To avoid falling behind with your rents payments, we suggest you
• Make your rent payments a priority
• Ensure you have all of the information available about your rent and tenancy obligations and ask for explanations from your Housing officer if required
• Ask for advice at an early stage
• Contact independent advice surgeries such as local Citizen Advice Bureau’s and advice agencies
• Request assistance if required to claim your benefits such as Housing Benefit ,Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance et.
• Keep receipts, statements and any other relevant information to enable us to assist you
