To arrange a gas service, please contact our Repair Line on 0151 548 3339  

Both Cobalt Housing and Liberty are commited to offering the best service possible to our tenants when completing your annual gas service,

As part of your gas service you will be left with a tenant satisfaction card, once comleted, fold and seal it and send it back to Cobalt free of charge. It’s the information from these cards that allow us to make changes to our service based on tenant feedback. 



Gas servicing is a vital part of everyone’s tenancy and it is vital you allow us access. Cobalt will write to all tenants when your gas service is due, following this Liberty will write to all tenants with an appointment. If the appointment is inconvenient please contact Liberty direct on 0161 707 5036 who will happily re arrange.

All tenants who allow Liberty access on the first attempt will be entered into a monthly prize draw and could win £100 worth of High Street Vouchers

the door handle. This means the property could be unsafe.
