Since transfer in 2003, Cobalt's Investment Team has invested £60 million in improving our properties and tenants quality of life. Our board of management have recently approved works to 1000 rear fences in the Colesborne estate and front boundary treatments to properties on the Gems and Adlam estate. For further information about any planned maintenance programmes please contact a member of the team.
