Cobalt Housing manages, maintains and improves 5500 affordable homes for rent in north-eastern Liverpool including Norris Green, Fazakerley, Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Gillmoss. We aim to address the social, economic and environmental aspects of communities and be a key player in neighbourhood regeneration.
We are a Registered Housing Association and employ about 100 staff to deliver quality services into the heart of the community. These services include:
1. Repairs
2. Rehousing
3. Regeneration
4. Resident Involvement
5. Anti-Social Behaviour
6. Rental Income
7. Tenancy Management
Central support services such as IT and HR are brought in from the
Vicinity Group.
Where we are based:
Our main office is based in the north-eastern fringe of Liverpool. In the summer of 2005 we relocated all our staff to a new purpose built office situated in the heart of our area.
