Paying Your Rent

The amount of money that we collect in rent directly affects the level of service that we can provide. Help us to provide a better service by paying your rent in full and on time. 

The majority of the monies we spend on management, improvement, investment and maintenance of homes is generated by the rental income and service charges we collect.

All rent is due weekly and in advance as per your tenancy agreement.

We will send you a rent statement every quarter. We will also provide you with a statement on request. Please contact your rents officer. We will also provide you with separate statements every quarter in relation to the following debts you may have with us

• Rechargeable repairs
• Court costs
• Other sundry debts

You should make every effort not to fall behind in paying your rent. If you are worried about being able to make a payment you should contact us straight away so we can advise you. All information will be confidential and each person will be treated with sensitivity and discretion.
