Property Pool
Cobalt Housing is part of Property Pool, the Council's Choice Based Lettings Scheme. This gives Cobalt tenants greater choice and access to housing across the City. Fifty percent of all Cobalt properties that become vacant will be nominated to Property Pool and allocated through this scheme. All new Cobalt applicants will be automatically registered on Property Pool.
